Jean-Marc Cassamajor

Seminar Coordinator

Jean-Marc attended the State Law School where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Law. After graduating, he worked at a law firm for four years and taught English classes. In 2015, he worked for the UN as a National Security Assistant assisting UN officers in training and managing 5000 electoral agents. Since 2015, Jean Marc has worked for TTT as an interpreter, translator and facilitator. Currently, he is the TTT Seminar Coordinator, managing logistics details for every seminar hosted in Haiti. Jean Marc is also very active in the music ministry at his church.

Kim Fluhrer

Business Manager

Kim graduated from Bob Jones University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. After college she worked in both public accounting and in the private sector – focusing primarily on the health care industry and then shifted to non-profit organizations. In 1996, she earned her MBA from Northeastern University. In 2008 she began working primarily with church organizations and small business clients providing both bookkeeping and financial management expertise. For the past five years, Kim has been the TTT Business Manager, handling all the financial operations.

Brandon Hutchens

Vice President

Brandon attended Purdue University where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering. He went on to work as a manufacturing engineer and program manager for seven years. In 2011, he and his wife moved to Haiti to work with Nehemiah Vision Ministries. Brandon joined TTT in 2014 when he and his wife moved back to the States. Brandon is currently the Vice President of TTT, providing management of staff and partners as well as overseeing overall operations strategy.

Joelle Larco

Field Director

Joelle attended Christ The King Secretarial school and she graduated as an Executive Secretary. She went to business school and attend many seminars to get a degree in management and administration. She spent 12 years working as a Co-Administrator at the United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF). She also worked at Jack Power Corporation, SA as Operating Officer for three years and at Management Sciences for Health as Chief of Human Resources and Administration of USAID projects. Joelle currently owns her own business, First Class Services, where she is the Owner and Director. Joelle began working at TTT in 2014 as the Haiti Field Director overseeing all in-country activities including managing the staff and all financial aspects of the field. She is a strong believer in communications and positive thinking and is involved in many caritative associations.

Beth Mollenhauer

President

Beth attended Gordon College where she graduated with two bachelors’ degrees in Elementary Education and Moderate/Severe Special Needs. After college, she worked with 8th grade students with learning disabilities and special needs and then was a 5th grade classroom teacher. Then, Beth was a leader at her church for six years, responsible for writing curriculum and managing the classes and care from birth to 5th grade. For the past 10 years, she has served as the TTT President and co-writer of the training program.

Marie Sonnie Vilnard

Facilitator Coordinator

Marie Sonnie is a career educator who is passionate about education and committed to improving the quality of teaching and learning in Haiti. A teacher and linguist by training, she has a master’s degree in educational sciences from both Quisquéya University and Paris-Est Créteil University. Since 1988, she has been working in fundamental and vocational education, pedagogical advising and educational management. Marie Sonnie began working with TTT as a Facilitator in 2017 but currently serves as Facilitator Coordinator since 2018.
